Privacy

This website is a simple showcase of PopPop Labs and its products. It only asks for personal information if you choose to write to us, and it uses no tracking.

Who we are

This website is run by PopPop Labs, Pune, India (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the website, including the Sakshya112 product page within it. Each of our products — PopPop, Poppy, Sakshya112, PopBud, One Evolution, W.E. and Uthaan — has, or will have before it launches, its own privacy notice explaining the data that product handles.

What we do not collect

When you write to us through our forms

Our “Collaborations? Write to us” forms ask for your name, your email address, your course (if you are a student) or your company and role (if you are a professional), and your message. You give us this information yourself, and we use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about.

Your message is saved, together with the time you sent it, in a database in our Cloudflare account so that our team can read it. We do not record your IP address. We keep each message only for as long as the conversation needs it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, and then delete it. We never sell it, and we never use it for marketing you didn’t ask for.

When you email us

If you email us — for example at contact@poppopofficial.com — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. You give us this information yourself, and we use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about.

We keep it only for as long as the conversation needs it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, and then delete it. We never sell it, and we never use it for marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who else handles data

These providers may process data on servers outside India. Beyond them, we share personal data only if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Emails are kept in a password-protected business mailbox, and form messages in our password-protected Cloudflare account. Only the people who need to reply can access them, and the site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We follow reasonable security practices to protect the information we hold.

Children

This website is not directed at children. If a child under 18 has written to us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete that message.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only the messages and emails you have sent us), and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Grievance Officer

For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

Bhavik Oswal, Founder & CEO, PopPop Labs, Pune, India
contact@poppopofficial.com

We will respond within one month of receiving your message.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
